Ingredients
- 1 Small Onion
- 4 Spring Onions
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Scotch Bonnets
- 1 Thumb Size Chunk of Ginger
- 5 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Ground Allspice
- 1 tbsp Ground Black pepper
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Dark Soft Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Roughly chop the onion, spring onions, garlic, chillies, ginger and fresh thyme. Crush up the stock cube.
- Pour dry ingredients into the blender and blitz
- Add Soy Sauce and Honey to the blender and blitz again until combined
