JAMAICAN JERK SAUCE

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Small Onion
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Scotch Bonnets
  • 1 Thumb Size Chunk of Ginger
  • 5 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Ground Allspice
  • 1 tbsp Ground Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dark Soft Brown Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Roughly chop the onion, spring onions, garlic, chillies, ginger and fresh thyme. Crush up the stock cube.
  • Pour dry ingredients into the blender and blitz
  • Add Soy Sauce and Honey to the blender and blitz again until combined
